i AUCKLAND, 3rd November. A forward movo in bringing together the Justices of tho Poaco Associations throughout Now Zealand, was made at a conference of Justices of the Peace in Auckland to-night, delegates being present from Wellington, Christchureh, and Auckland. It was decided to form an organisation, to bo known as the Federation of Justices of the Peace Associations o£ Now Zealand. Tho new constitution, with a set of'rules, is to be submitted ito a conference to be held at Dunedin I next March.
