GRAND OPERA HOUSE.

The Grand" Opera House continues to be packed nightly, when a first-class vaudeville programme is presented by Williamson's International Vaudeville Company. There is no doubt as to the quality of the artists, and in every case the audience is presented with an item of merit. Feats of balancing are performed by Salerno in an amazing manner, and the juggler demonstrates that he is a master of his art. Some remarkable tumbling on an elastic mattress is done by the Bounding Muroes, whose turn is amusing and clever. Arthur Pond is an English comedian, who is quite an entertainment in himself, and those who prefer first-class vocalisation are catered for by Hilda Nelson and Brian Lawrence. Billy Tointon is a xylophone expert, and he is well supported by Ngaire Phipson. Phyllis dv Barry is a Charleston exponent, and Osborne and Perryer present a highly amusing Cockney turn. "Leah, Maid o' Mist," is a mystery performance, which has the audience guessing. An added attraction is the beauty competition, and the audience have the opportunity of seeing the four Wellington .finalists. *
