M'llyenev) has made available the following list of successful candidates in the September examinations qualifying for promotion in the New Zealand Police Force:— Examination qualifying for rank of subinspector: Passed in evidence, prescribed statutes. Examination qualifying for rank of senior-sergeant: Sergeants Charles Edward Roach, Michael Flanagan, Daniel Joseph O'Neill, Charles Peterson, Edward Finch, George Sivyer, Constable Alec Howard Barnes. Examination qualifying for rank of sergeant: Passed whole examination, Constable George James Paine.
