REGISTRATIONS INCREASE;
(Special to "The Evenini Pest.") CHRISTCHURCH, This Ds^. The cessation of operations by tM Citizens' Unemployment Committee -has. been followed by an increase, in" th«; number of men registered at the Gov-. crnment Labour Bureau.. The return for the week ended on Monday night shows that 192 men were registered atr the bureau, an increase of 22 since tilprevious Monday. New registrations received during the week totalledVWT, compared with 103 in the previews week, and the number of men placed in employment was only 74, .a decrease of 35, compared with the previous] week.
