TROUBLE NEAR RABAUL
THREE WHITE MEN KILLED,
{United Press Association. —Copyright.) SYDNEY, 2nd November. Wireless reports state that a serious disturbance with natives occurred at Talasev, near Rabaul. Three whites were kVled, one wounded, and one is missing. The leader of the first punitive expeditions Returned to Rabaul for reinforcements. He reported that one thousand natives, armed with spearß, wero awaiting them. Trouble on Jhe mining field is also reported, owing to the miners jumping claims.
