FANNING ISLAND TO SUVA.
(United Press Association.—'Cop-right.) (Received 3rd November, noon.) SYDNEY, This Day. The Pacific Cable Board has advised that the cable ship Faraday, now at Fanning Island, haa laid the shore end of the Fanning Island-Suva cable, and has commenced paying out on the 2000----mile stretch to Suva.
