THE GROSVENOR PRIVATE HOTEL, Cuba street, Palmerston North (Opp. Soldiers' Club).
The above old-established private hotel has recently been ' completely overhauled, and is now conducted with considerable success 'by Mrs. George Lambert, who is well known as a thoroughly competent hostess. The Grosvenor 's accommodation is moderately priced, it is perfectly clean, and really a comfortable place to stay at. 'The ostensible purpose of this house is for the accommodation of respectable working-men visitors to the town who desire a bed for tho night, with or without meals, and it fills a long-felt want under tho able guidance of Mrs. Lambert, who is always anxious and willing*to make her guests feel at home while in Palmerston North, and go away feeling proud to recommend the good accommodation provided by the new proprietress. d <
