Mr. H. Avery Becomes Proprietor.
The above -old-established business has just been taken over by Mr. H. Avery. The new proprietor intends to give his full personal attention to this, and will continue to conduct it on the same satisfactory lines that has characterised Mr. H. J. Woodfield's proprietorship during tho past twenty years. Mr. Avery has had considerable experience in the motor trade, and in order to meet the requirements of the patrons of this establishment he has decided to instal a complete and up-to-date plant capable of effecting repairs to any make of motor-car or .cycle. The repair works will be under the direct supervision of an experienced mechanic, and patrons can rest assured that full attention will be given to all repair work entrusted to them. Benzines and oils will also be stocked. Taxis will be available at' shortest notice as heretofore, and every motor vehicle thus employed will be in charge of a competent driver, fully acquainted with every part of the Island. Country settlers should note that the continuance of their patronage is specially sought, and nothing whatever will be left undone by Mr. Avery to give satisfaction to all old and new customers. Cleveland and Chandler Agencies. Mr. Avery is Palmerston North and district agent for the Cleveland and Chandler. Six cylinder cars. These sturdy and popular motors are already sufficiently well known and.popular in the Palmerston North district as not to require a lengthy reference here; suffice it to say that the latest models of. them canbe inspected at Woodfield 's' and Mr. Avery: will,be most happy to give interested parties and probable buyers a demonstration by arrangement.
