The danger to cyclists who hold on to the sides of moving vehicles was exemplified in-Petone on Monday. A motor-bus was proceeding along Jackson street at about 12 miles per hour, between Queen and Buick streets, when the driver heard a crash beneath the vehicle. He stopped and found a boy holding on to the side of the bus with his bicycle wrecked beneath the wheels. The boy, except for a few abrasions, was not hurt, and was taken by the bus to his home in Atiawm street. " "
