(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, This Day. The annual conference of the New Zealand Federated Tramwaya Association met this morning. Delegates arc attending from Auckland, Wanganui, Christchurch, Duncdin, Napier, and New Plymouth. Mr. W. J. Rogers, Wanganui, presided. Committees were set ■up to "bring down roporta on the matters to be considered by tho conference, which then adjourned till this afternoon.
