PARAMOUNT THEATRE.
An adaptation of the story of Cinderella and her Prince Charming, "Ella Cinders," which in now screening at the Paramount Theatre, strikes a new note of humour, and Colleen Moore is completely at home m the stellar role, which shows the difficulties of breaking into the movies. How she finally breaks into a scene after being chased by s lion' is one of ■ many amusing features of an exceedingly amusing film, and when the iceman turns out to be somebody else, the modern Cinderella's happiness is complete. The programme includes a Gaumont Graphic, showing the English Soccer Cup final, a scenic of forest fires in Canada, a Pathe Review, and a splendid '"Felix the Cat" cartoon, while the Paramount Orchestra, under Mr. R. R. Caulton, plays its usual high-class incidental music.
