COAL ALLOWANCE RAISED
UNDER RATIONING SYSTEM.

LONDON, 29th Otcober.
The Government has issued a regulation increasing the coal allowance to a hundredweight weekly, but it is only obtainable by an order issued by the municipal authorities, in order to ensure a fair distribution..
The Trades Union Council conferred with the executive pf the Miners' Federation, and later interviewed Mr. .Churchill, and is waiting on the Prime Minister.
