Junior A,

Kilbirnie, 92 (D. Algar 25, H. Algar 19, Clark 17), met Hutt, 124 for seven wickets (Sweeney 67, Loekett 31). Bowling for Hutt, Warnes took four wickets for 44 runs, Neazor three for 24, Elsom one for 1, and Loekett one for 5. Midland, 179 (Hester 72), met Institute, 77 for three wickets (Leggat 35 not out, Rogers 18 not out). Against Wellington, Old Boys were disposed of for 105 runs (Bull 35, Windley 26, and Burns 20). When stumps were drawn Wellington had lost eight wickets for 117 runs (Gordon 24, Whyte 23, Butler 22). For Wellington, Major Puttick took five wickets for 66 rims. Junior B. Wellington, 210 (D. Binuie 133, Crombie 23, Hobbs 17, Luckie 15), met Old Boys, 206 for five wickets (Souper 73 not out, Casey 37 not out, 0. Binnie 33, M'Coll 17, H. Broad 14). Bowling for Old Boys, 0. Binnie took six wickets for 86 runs, and Souper four for 63; while for Wellington, Mason took two for 34, Luckie two for 54, and O'Shea one for 41. University, 164 (M'Donald 50, Blakeney 35), played Hutt, 77 for four wickets (Adams 26). Bowling for Hutt, Adams took three wickets for 32 runs, Murphy two for 17,-Dudding two for 24, Williams one for 19, Wesley one for 16. Junior CHutt, 199 (Upton 26, Roberts 24, Featonby 16, Burette 13), met Kilbirnie, 103 for seven wickets (Claushaw 37, Christopherson 27 not out). Junior D. Midland compiled 122 and Stop Out 72 and 46 for two Wickets. -Kilbirnie defeated University by an innings and 45 runs. University made 127 and 46 (Tracy 56, Cook 17 not out), and Kilbirnie compiled 218 for eight wickets, declared (Griffiths 96, Dobbs 40, Terkms 29, Allen 16). Bowling for Kilbirnie, Allen took six wickets for 30 runs, and seven for 26. Third A. Midland, 174, defeated V.M.C.A., 93.:! Kilbirnie obtained a three-point wm over Old Boys. Old Boys made 87 (Johnston 50, M'Guire 14). Bowling for Old Boys, Johnston took two wickets for 25 runs, Kamsay two for 28. Kilbirnie compiled 204 (Guise 100, retired, Rogers 39 not out, Hawker 20, Waterford 10). Bowling for. Kilbirnie,-Brew took four wickets for 19 runs, M'Arthur three for 30, Boyes one for 30. Third B. Y.M.C.A.'s A-team secured a three-point win over Kaiwarra B. .V.M.C.A. made 224 for eight wickets, declared (R. Matther 53, retired, H. Matthew 50, retired, W. Gaudin 29, H. Siversen 26, L. Seamer i .18-not out, and W. Hawker 1,5). Kaiwarra compiled 58 and six wickets for 67 (Gil-e-t 26 and 12). Bowling for V.M.C.A., Hylton took three wickets for 15 runs and five for 25, J. Reddie five for 30. For Kaiwarra, Williams, took: five wickets for 60-runs. ,' Fourth. Petone; 142 (J. Shai_>e 37, A. Smith 25, D. Hill' 19, G. Bowling for Hutt Valley High School, Rix-Trott took four wickets for 52 runs, G. Organ three for 36. Bowling for Petone, A.
