BROKEN BYLAWS
Offenders against the bylaws were dealt with in the Magistrate's Court yesterday by Mr. J. H. Salmon, S.M. For speeding, Lewis Henry Anderson, Harry Cameron, Ernest Peter Duncan, Thomas John Firth, Harry Stanway George, Henry Lawrence Glover, Clarence George Joslin, John Randolph Johnson, Edward Joseph Mandell, Ernest John i Speight, Thomas AVilliam Lazarus, William Charles Bloomfield, Sarah Ann Madden, and Marjorie Elizabeth Leslie, were each fined £2. AVilliam Charles Warwick was fined £2 on one charge and £1 on a second, and Herbert James Stanley Rickard was fined £1 on one charge. Having no lights Cost Winston William Aitcheson, Alfred George Barton, Rudolph Benjamin, Frederick Charles Burgess, Vincent Mark'Cassin, Bertie Victor Da vies, Charles James Elannery, Norman William Goldie, Charles Victor Johnson, - Walter AVilliam' Pragnell, and Alfred Morley Saxton 10s each. A penalty of 10s was also imposed on Christian John Rusterholtz, Leslie Bruce Speedy, Peter M.NeilI,C.-Augustus Marquis, Herbert Joseph Hobbs, and Arthur Henry Hobbs,for leaving their motor-care unattended. Davies was also fined 10s on a second charge. John Gardiner, who cut-a corner, 'wanned £1. A similar penalty was imposed on Arthur G. Radford, for driving through a prohibited area.
