Krassin's interview •with Sir Austen Chamberlain .with reference to credits proved fruitless, the 'Foreign Secretary intimating, as previously, that Soviet propaganda, aggravated by the support of the British miners' strike, was not calculated to facilitate the aims of Krassin's mission.
