LAND SALE.

Messrs. S. George Nathan find Co. submitted to public auction yesterday afternoon a corner section in Cuba and South streets, Cetono, measuring 40ft by 105 ft. Bidding started at £250, and the section was sold for £320. The linn also submitted a seven-room-ed residence in Hawkestone street, but as the reserve was not reached, it was passed in, and is now in the auctioneer's hands for private sale.
