At the wool sales, competition was keen and (lie market reproduced all the beat Teatures of the previous sales. There was particularly keen demand for quality wools, which ruled linn at late rates. Come-backs and crosslircds were firmly supported. Greasy merino sold up to 27.Jd per lb.
