VERY COLD IN CHRISTCHURCH
(By Telegraph.) (Special to "The Evening Post.") CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. While Christchurch has escaped the heavy rainfalls experienced in many other parts of the country, the weather has been very cold. Snow fell on the Port Hills and a few flakes fell in the city. The frost last night was succeeded by a cloudy morning and a light but chilly south-wester.
