MYSTERY OF MALAY PENINSULA,

LONDON, 13th September.
An Exchange message from Rangoon says that considerable anxiety has teen caused by the mystery concerning Cobham, from whom no direct news has been received since he left Penang last week. It is surmised that the heavy headwinds which caused a forced land-
ing strained the engine,
