The Eugby League in Canterbury finds time to discuss the doings of it* sister code. The Eugby Union match against Hawkes Bay was mentioned at & meeting of the Canterbury League last night. The Deputy-Mayor of Petone (Mr. C. P. Brockelbank) informed his council last evening that a satisfactory arrangement had been arrived at with Mr. Page, who was subdividing what is known as Sharpe's property, adjoining Bolton street, to exchange with him a portion of the old stopbank land owned by the council for a section in' Bolton street, which would serve admirably for a site for a Plunket Society depot, dental clinic, and ladies' restroont,
