PURDY APPEALS AGAINST DECISION
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHEISTCHURCH, 13 th Sept. C. Purdy, professional lightweight, who lost to Chambers on a foul on Saturday night, has lodged an appeal to the New Zealand Boxing Council against the referee's decision.
