BENEFIT CONCERT.

A very enjoyable concert was provided by Frank Andrews's concert party in thw Concert Chamber of the Town Hall lasl evening. The object was to raise monej for the Lyall Bay School Piano Fund, and there was a good response by a large audience. The most popular item was a comedy act at the piano by Mr. Frank Andrews himself, this bringing a continual round of applause. Another very good item was the dancing, of Miss Margaret O'Connor, which was greatly appreciated. Mr. Norman Aitken, Miss Pauline Shot lander, and Mr. Lionel Inch presented an amusing playlet, "Fortune Favours Fools," and the clever lightning sketches of Mr. Stan Philpott, and Mr. Jack Caunon with his ventriloquism, were other items that helped constitute a thoroughly enjoyable programme.
