ARCHBR.-On the 22nd August, 1926, a.t Palnwriton North Hospital, William (Willie), beloved son of Mrs. A. and the late Henry Archer, senr.; aged 66 years. Deeply regretted. HASLAII.—On Sunday, the 22nd August, 1928, at Otahuhu, Auckland, Kate, beloved older daughter, of Mrs. Catherine and the late Mr. Charles Haslam, and sister of Rev.J. H. and Mr. C. N. Haslam, of Canterbury, and of Mrs. K. Enting, of Rosella road, Man gore Crossing, Otahuhu, Auckland. PETERSON.—On the 27th August, 1926, at Wellington, Margaret, the beloved wife of Ernest Peterson, of 123, Thorndon quay; aged 73 yean. , WHITBREAD.—On the 27th August, 1926, at Wellington Hospital (result of accident), Herbert, the beloved son of Mr. and Mrs. C. Whitbread, England, also nephew of Mr. and Mrs. F. Marshall, Tama street, tower Hutt; aged 24 years.
