(Received 26th August, 2.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, 25th August. There were no disorders on Wednesday at the lying m state of the late Rudolph Valentino. -
Two hundred x>oliceinen kept hurrying forward a seemingly endless line of mourners through the room, where the body reposes, at.tEe rate of eighty a minute. The remains will lie in state till Sunday at midnight. Tentative plans are for a funeral on Monday morning, with a procession to-St. Malaehi 's Church, and a Requiem High' Mass. . . Guarded by police and black-shirted Fascisti, because of the unprecedented and uncontrollable mobs who thronged to view it, the body of Rudolph Valentino lay in state again on Wednesday, and Thursday. Pola Negri was to leave Hollywood on Wednesday in the hope ■of arriving in time for the funeral services on Monday. The place' 05: burial will bo decided on the arrival of Valentino's brother, who sailed from France on Wednesday.
