Soviet Eussia is already in the ranks of first-class air Powers, says the "Morning Post's" special correspondent. There are in her service to-day 1200 to 1500 fighting, reconnaissance, and bombing machines. Every effort is being made to escape dependence on foreign designs. The aeronautical budget for 1925 amounted to four millions sterling.
