KONDYLIS STATES PLANS
NO PEESONAL AMBITION.

General Kondylis has cabled to tho "Daily Express": "I have invited the party chief to examine tho situation to-day. The first proposal was the formation of a Coalition Cabinet. Please- believe I havo no other personal ambition than to restore the oppressed nation's political rights. I should even be disposed not to participate in the Cabinet. lam of the people, working for tho people. I hate dictatorships, and desire justice, without tho intrusion of personal hatred. I am a soldier and no judge. I shall invite the President of tho Supremo Court to preside over a Commission to deal with the question of punishing tho guilty."
The "Daily Herald's" Athens correspondent says General Kondylis later acceptod. the post of Minister of War. No further steps have been taken to form a coalition. Admiral Condouriotis has taken office, saying it is the last time, and then only till the situation is normal.
