SHORTT'S THEATRE.
A splendid picture, "Judgment of the Storm," will be screened for tho last timo this evening at Shortt's Theatre. In the second picture, Seasue Hayakawa will bo seen in "Where Lights are Low," one of his finest efforts to date. A big supporting programme includes scenic, comedy, and gazette.
