CHANG EXECUTES TWELVE BANKEBS.

The Exchange Banks declined to speculate in Manchurian currency which has depreciated greatly. On Thursday, under Chang-tso-lin's order, twelve Chinese bankers at Mukden, Chang-chun, and Harbin, including seven alleged millionaires were executed. . . '
Many arrests included Chinese clerks in Japanese banks, whereat Japan pro tested. The clerks were then released and apologies offered.
