STRAND THEATRE.
The feature film to-day at the Strand Theatre is a story about motion picture life told with chuckles called "The Beautiful Cheat," a Universal-Jewel starring Laura La Plante. The second feature 19 "Tho Code of the Wilderness," starring John Bowers, Alice Calhoun, and Otis Harlin, Ruth Harkness, an orphan living in New York, inheriU a ranch in New Mexico. She goes to take possession accompanied by her aunt Martha, her uncle Jephon, and Willard Masten, her fiance. Providence takes a hand and readjusts the situation to the satisfaction of all.
