Mrs. Molla Mallory (New York) beat Miss Martha Bayard (New York), fl-1, 6-2. I Miss Eleanor Goss (New York) beat Miss Margaret Blake (Boston), 6-2, j 6-1. Miss Helen Wills (California) beat Mrs. H. Chapin (Springfield), 6-4, 8-6. Miss Elizabeth Eyan (New York) beat Miss Edith Signourey (Boston), 6-0, 6-2. In the semi-finals of the ladies' singles, Miss Eyan plays Mrs, Mallory, and Miss Wills will meet Miss Goss. In the first round of the ladies' doubles, Misses E. Eyan and E. Gom defeated Mesdames Crane and Eggennan, 6-3, 6-1.
