GERMANY ARMING AGAIN

LONDON, 3rd. August. The "Daily Mail's" Geneva correspondent says that, despite Germany's denials, the information in the possession of the delegates to the International Labour Office proves that Germany is forming another hugd army. Countrywide military formations are camouflaged under headings such its municipal and State loans and advances for industrial projects and public welfare schemes. Labour leaders of all nationalities h^,ve warned Germany, French and German Socialists, attempting a reconciliation, are anxious to i4clude Germany in the League, but ate forced to admit that her military ambitions again threaten the peace of Europe.
