Later it will- go boforo Cabinet, which will decide whether it shall be published, and what legislation is to bo introduced on tho subject, and when it is to bo submitted. The matter is somewhat urgent in view of the Bank of New Zealand's announcement that it proposes to initiate a long-term credit scheme.
