STREET FATALITY

DUNEDIN, 2nd August. Albert Joseph Nicholson, of South Dunedin, was run into by a taxi, driven by a man named Atkinson,' in Fovbury road, about 9.30 to-night. His skull was fractured and his jaw was badly smashed. He died before reaching the hospital. •
