DIRECTION-FINDING BEACONS TO BE INSTALLED.
The Minister of Marine (Hon. G. J. Anderson) has decided upon the installation of radio airectipn-flnding beacons at Wellington and at Lyttelton. By means of these veseels trading regularly between the two ports will ba »ble to make the harbour in a fog. Before this can be accomplished, however, the veßsels will have to be fitted with the necessary apparatus to enable them to get in touch with the direc-tion-finding beacons
