PLAYER MISPLACES HIS MONBY.

The loss of, £30 in bank notes caused some consternation in the dressing-rooms at Blandford Park after the senior Soocer match on Saturday afternoon. The money was subsequently recovered, but in a moat unexpected manner. Before taking the field a player entrusted the money to the secretary of the club. After the match, and when he was dressing hurriedly, the banknotes were returned to him, and in haste he placed them in what he thought was his own bag. On the way home he discovered the loss, and a search for the money failed. The sequel was enacted yMterday morning. Another player opened his bag at home with the object of cleaning his football boots, and was surprised to find a roll of banknotes. As he had shared in the search on the. previous day he recalled the reason for his sudden affluence, and by returning the money to the rightful owner was able to cheer the heart of his despondent team mate.
