ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL
The following team has been selected to represent the sixth division in,the annual match against the Hutt Valley League representatives, to bo played at the Basin Reserve next Saturday, as a curtain-raiser to the Challenge Cup final between Marist and Institute:— Goal, Blundell (V.M.C.A.); right fullback, Wrigley (Seatoun); left fullback, Raxworthy (Marist T.); right half-back, Phillips (Seatoun); centrehalf, W. Pender (Marist N.); left-half, Walker (V.M.C.A.): right-wing, Killeen (Marist N.); inside-right, Scott (Seatoun); centre-forward, Smyth (Seatoun), captain; inside-left, Lawer (Marist N.); left-wing, Tanner.(V.M.C.A.).
The Hutt Valley team will be as follows: —Scott (Trentham), Spencer (Eastern Hutt), Robertson (Anglican A), Varrell > (Petone B), O'Leary (Eastern Hutt), Woods (Petone B), Stevenson (Anglican A), (Trentham), Laracy {Petone A), Loagey (Eastern Hutt), Ridyard (Eastern Hutt). Reserves: Ngahume (Petone B), Robertson (Trentham), M'Laughlin (Petone A).
