CRISIS IN GERMAN REICHSTAG.

(United Press Association.—Copyright.) (Australian-New Zealand Cable Assn.) BERLIN, 2nd July.

At President yon Hindenburg's request, the Government has withdrawn the Compromise Bill. The Government will not resign, nor will the Reichstag be dissolved. President Hindenburg, in a letter to the Chancellor, pointed out that neither alternative would solve the problem of ox-rulers' property. Tho Reichstag has adopted a Bill prohibiting litigation regarding exrulers' property till the end of the year, and in tho meantime it is hoped that the Government will elaborate a scheme satisfactory to the Reichstag, which adjourns to-morrow till September.
