V.M.C.A. v. HUTT.
V.M.C.A. proved too strong for Hutt, who were handicapped to a large extent through the non-inclusion of several of their regular players, and had an easy victory, the score being 5 goals to 1. In the first spell, V.M.C.A. scored twice and their opponents once, playing being fairly even. In the second half, however, V.M.C.A. took possession of the field, and established a lead, which Hutt had little hope of catching up. Diamond scored for Hutt, and White (3), Anderson, aud Ferguson for V.M.C.A. The referee was Mr. W. A. Scott.
