AUCKLAND, This Day. Evidence to the effect that for tho past iive weeks his wife had suffored from delusions and imagined people wanted to kill her, was given by the husband of Mrs. Mary Ann De Cartoret, who was found hanging in her home at 68, Newton road, at the inquest. The husband said he left home at 7.15 a.m. on Monday, and when he returned about 5,30 p.m. he found all tho doors locked. \Ho forced a window open and found his wife hanging by a strap attached to the door. Dr. Drury said that whon he arrived Ijhe deceased had. been doad about four hours. Tho Coroner returned a verdict of suicide.
