HINDNBURG'S LETTER
WAS IT CONSTITUTIONAL!

BERLIN, 10th June. The Chancellor, Dr. Marx, does not admit that President Hindenburg by his open letter violated his constitutional position, but this attitude is not shared by all the Government parties, including the Centrist, of which Dr. Marx is chairman.
The compromise Bill was finally referred to the Judicial Committee. 'v
