CHANGE IN THE WEATHER
The barometer has fallen slightly over the Dominion and a considerable amount of rain has been reported- in the north. Cloudiness has increased, and this is regar \:1 as presaging a change in weather conditions. Freshening easterly to northerly winds are : ui'.ccasted and a further decrease in atmospheric pressure, particularly in the south.
