FAIR TO CLOUDY

Atmospheric pressure has remained high over the Dominion, and moderate and variable breezes have prevailed. The weather has been fair to cloudy generally. Conditions were threatening in Wellington early this morning, but the sky cleared, and, except for a trace of rain, the weather has remained fine. A slight shower fell at Foxton. The barometer is stated to have a rising tendency everywhere. Moderate and variablo breezes aro likely to prevail, with northerlios predominating, and (hen increasing. Fair to cloudy weather in forecasted for tho immediate future, with increasing cloud and haziness.
