A sensation has been caused throughout Germany by the publication of a personal letter from President Hindeuburg, frankly revealing Eoyalist sympathies, opposing the confiscation jtt the estates of ex-Eoyalties, and declaring that the coming referendum ii gross ingratitude, as well as a blow to the legal' fabric of the State.
