Very pleasant, and successful eVenincs are being spent, at the Regent Cafe, where a succession .of "cafe dansant et chantant functions are being held in aid of the Convent Building Fund. Mr. Louis dv „Flou (junior) is the hon. secretary of "the dances,)which are being enjoyed by a large number of young people. There win be another dance to-night, and one more to-morrow night, bringing the brief season to a close. A euchre party is arranged as a "follow-on," to take place at the end of the week. ' Those who are fond of "the poetry of motion" in the form. of dancing will be interested to hear that Miss Phyllis Bates rind her partner will be givng special exhibitions of dances, including the "pas de doble," tango, and waltz, at the De Luxe Theatre, and also at Mr. Rodney Pankhurst's cabaret.
