Co. ,John Curran, alias Scrimshaw (58), charged with being found by night without lawful excuse, but in circumstances that did not disclose any intention to commit a further offence, in a j shed at Kaiwara, was sentenced to one month's imprisonment. George Hardham Was fined £1, in default seven days' imprisonment, for a breach of his prohibition order. For entering an hotel while prohibited, Minnie Walsh was fined £2, in dofault seven days' imprisonment. Oliver James Weight pleaded guilty to keeping his shop open en Sundays for the purpose of soiling goods.
