Tom , Mix takes the role of Mark King, a wealthy man who loves the. outdoor life, . He is quite content'till a girl from the ; city comes into his life, when events fol- - low quickly. It is not long before K.insr ; finds himself in love with the girl, Gloria. Gratton, an aspirant for Gloria's hand, ; tries to force the girl into a marriage, but is baulked when the girl learns the plot. Annoyed to think that Gratton would deceive her, Gloria .weds King, who then becomes acquainted with' the. fact that Gloria married him to avoid a -scandal.'! Alice Calhoun takes the part of Gloria, and there is a strong cast. There is an I excellent supporting .programme. A delightful score of music is submitted by the King's Orchestra, under the baton of Mr. A. H. Jerome. ' '
