'VARSITY'S GOOD PERFORMANCE.
Spirited games were witnessed in the Wellington Hockey Association's competition fixtures on Saturday. The outstanding feature of the senior A games was the performance of the 'Varsity team in keeping the redoubtable Hutt aleven to a draw. Other senior A winners were Wesley and Karori, while V.M.C.A., Petone, Hutt, and Karori were winners in the senior B grade.
