ATTACK ON JAPANESE
TROUBLE IN KOREAN CAPITAL.

TOKIO, 30th April. Seoul (Korea) reports that numerous arrests in connection with the demonstrations over tho death of the ex-Em-peror have been made, and that the two Japanese attacked were aldermen. The attackers were not Korean police, but a fanatic, whose intention was to assassinate the Governor-General, Saito, mistaking one of tho men for him. The attacker was arrested.
