DUNEDIN, This Day.
Tho week which closes to-day has been one of the biggest in the history of the Exhibition. The f.ve days, Monday to I'riday, added 138,062 to the grand attendance, 'which is now 2,588,014. Maturda.v is always relied on to reach the 30,000 mark, which will bring the total for tho week to 170,000 and tho grand total to about'2,olß,ooo.
The Exhibition has still three weeks to run, and everyone is asking if the three millions mark will bo reached. A big crowd is looked for on Wednesday, when a magnificent fireworks display of over GO pieces,.including a dozen big and. elaborate devices, will b:> presented, and tho closing day, Ist Hay, is certain to produce an enormous attendance if the weather is fine. It therefore looks as if tho desired goal may bo won.
