Following Abd-el-Krim's dispatch of an emissary to the French authorities in Moroco negotiations will open immediately at Ujda, Morocco, between representatives.of the recalcitrant Riff tribes and the Franco-Spanish authorities. ■ ■ ! '
The French delegation has been appointed.
